Let's call this "End of Lombard Plain"

Day 8, noon at Villanova sul Clioi.   Eight days' laundry chucked into washer No. 4.
This is no minor event; from my experience, laundromats are few and far between in most of Europe.
        Some sort of social barometer, I think.

.... Tshirts, gaunche, socks, two AA batteries, about  €1.37 in change, and a pair of sunglasses
     washed, rinsed, spun, and dried themselves for a couple of hours
      while I sat in the shade across the street .
